Fun fact. A Norwegian man, Roger Pihl, wrote a book called Danmarks Bjerge (Mountains of Denmark). It's 430 pages. The lowest "mountain" he visited was 1 meter.

i got so excited when you started chanting "møllehøj,møllehøj, møllehøj" ... not just because im a dane, but because you pronounciation of the Ø was so perfect so sorry you had to arrive on a sunday , and no one told you that almost everything is closed down on sundays especially in jylland... but kudos to you for actually go to jylland , most foreighn youtubers only go to copenhagen and think they have seen denmark now

If we include artificial points, then the highest fixed points are the towers holding up the Storebælt suspension bridge at 254 metres above sea level. Though the wind turbine blades at Østerild Test Centre go even higher than that at the top of the swing.

Hi Natasha, the first video I saw of yours was the one from Copenhagen and I really enjoyed it, you have such a cool vibe. Then in the end of that video you teased this one, and just for s split second I saw a picture of my home town Skanderborg and I just had to keep watching. I might be bias but I just loved the whole thing, as I mentioned before your whole vibe is just my style and the storytelling aspect is just so lovely. The quiet beginning in what seemed to be a very slow day in Skanderborg (we can be busy too, I promise:D) where the whole bus thing didn't work out to you traversing the steep hills of Ejer Baunehøj being told by the weather gods that this journey isn't just any journey to then ending on your peak in sunshine watching rainbows and eating danish pastry. Thank you so much for this wonderful video and this will for sure not be my last video of yours. Also this cow is for sure one of those "dangerous" cows ;P (also a little fun fact if you want, the very colourful flats you filmed near the waterside in Skanderborg is a new project (not finished building them yet, as of November 2023) that is called "Lille Nyhavn" or Little Nyhavn" which is inspired by all the colourful buildings in Nyhavn, Copenhagen that you just visited in your previous video)

Wow!! Thank you so much! I'm so happy you enjoyed it and even cooler that your hometown is Skanderborg! 🙌 It's super interesting that they're building a Little Nyhavn, it makes me curious why 🕵️‍♀️ I hope you'll like the next Denmark video too 😁

The adventure combined with the danger of climbing peak after peak without oxygen equipment, harnesses or even a local guide blows my mind. Truly a woman of my taste. Thor and Odin tried to throw challenges at but in the end, awarded you with a full rainbow pointing you to the real pots of gold, the top of the real, but secret, twin-tops! I understand you are in Scotland as I write this and what a disappointment their small bumps now must be for you he-he. Many a longship ago some exploring Danes sailed there and came across the strangest phenomenon, and as a Dane I feel the need to warn you,! Old tales tell of crazy monks setting fire to their monasteries and throwing their stuff at the arriving Danes. Because of the long distance I have not been there myself but think twice before approaching overly religious people in this strange area...... I hope you reach your target subscribers, so you have the opportunity to visit the other great nations in the Kingdom. Greenland and Faroe Islands awaits you! Beautiful people with beautiful and unique nature. That are flights where you wanna make sure to get a window seat!

I'm not 100% sure, but the Reunification Tower wasn't built there because they thought it would be the highest point, it was just a nice piece of land to build on. The tower on Ejer Bavnehøj was built in 1924 to commemorate the reunification of Southern Jutland in 1920. Btw, a similar story will await you in Lithuania

I've also found out that watching your videos early in the morning, for me, is the best time to watch them. Because there is ALWAYS food in them! And it always make me hungry! So then I can go eat breakfast! Nice huh? (Good thinking... 😁😂) Just outside my little town we have a "mountain" where you can ski and stuff and it is staggering 260m above sea level!!! Take that Danish people!!! 😆😎 I loved this video Natasha! HIGHEST PEAK 15!!! CHECK! ON TO THE NEXT ONE!!! Be safe Björn

Cows are naturally curios, so if something new is happening they are going to check it out. When I was studying biology we would do surveys on fields where cows were grassing. They almost always came and stood in a big circle around us. They stay a few meters away from you, close enough for them to see what is going on, far enough if the new thing turns out to be dangerous. Only once did I fear that a bull was being a bit too territorial, otherwise the cows are just calm and curious.
@NatashaBergen

Yeah I get the same feeling, however I do know some stories of people being chased or headbutted by cows, so I tend to keep my distance.

As You correctly assumed "Danish pastry" is not called that here! We call it Wienerbrød!!!! The name comes from the 1850'eis when there were a big strike amongst bakers in Denmark mostly Copenhagen!! To make bread the owners imported workforce from Vienna and they brought some recipes form their homeland. Through time Wienerbrød have changed to what You see and know today as "Danish" (not the people, the pastry!! That would otherwise bee creepy!!) In the beginning of the 19 hundreds a Danish company named Alfa invented a special Margarine that was prefect for Wienerbrød, called Rolling-margarine! It makes it easier to roll the dough in layers that normal Margarine This gives the more crisp crust You have in authentic Danish Wiennerbrød compared to the much softer flaky crust of butter baked pastry! Happy trails wherever You go! Kind regards the Danish Viking
