Don’t you think, rentals in DHA’s don’t match price/rent ratio? Go in isb zone 1 , it’s 0.5 or 0.4% atleast

Dha isb is unique because they have not deleverd even in 21 years and they are not ashamed of on it imagine a person handed dha isb his hard earned money and from last 21 years he is still waiting How long wait is nobody knows In this way dha isb is unique management or handlers are shameless

Nelson, When I supported your professionalism, you appreciated it. However, when I pointed out your weak areas, particularly your illogical and greed-driven support for DHA, you dismissed my views, misrepresented my comments, and stopped engaging altogether. This unprofessional behavior has left a negative impression. Despite the widespread criticism of DHA for their questionable practices, you continue to unethically support them. Why? Lastly, do you have the moral and professional courage to share the current prices for C-3, C-4, H-3, and H-4 8 Marla commercial plots? Or must I resort to flattering you to get a response?😂
