I like the departure from the typical metallic sunburst dial. Love the separate second hand and love the deleted date window. TBH, I'd like to see watch brands do away with date windows. On hand-winds and autos that I wear a few times a month, I never bother setting them. And Quartz, they're always wrong for the shorter months. But that's just me? QUESTION/POLL: How many people here don't bother setting their date windows?

Yes I totally agree! I feel myself wanting more no date options lately haha, I don’t mind setting them when I have to, but it can get annoying if every watch I had were all with date complications or worse: day/date. Great question, pinned so others can chime in! 😁👍

I generally don’t mind setting them, but I prefer date and even day/date complications. For the most part, I keep those watches running, so only occasionally have to reset…if they lose power before I get to them, or a watch is out of rotation. Great question/poll!

I just bought this watch in rose black black specifically because I don’t want a date window and I want the face to be symmetrical, if only the Seiko cocktail times had no date windows people could access high finish faces with symmetrical layout without going King Seiko and above

You're the man! Nothing like tying a watch to a moment of reflection. The daily winding makes it inevitable that your buddy will spend time thinking about his father. A very thoughtful gift. As far as the 21mm...talk to Omega! My only beef with my Seamaster, but I'm fine with the bracelet, so not as bad as it could be.

That’s awesome Dave! Very nice of you to pay it forward! I have done the same with some of my watches and it feels great to give out watches to friends and family! I love Lobinni, it’s my favorite brand on Aliexpress besides Pagani Design and a few others but Lobinni is the best one for dress watches. It’s like the Patek Philippe or A. Lange & Söhne of Aliexpress.😂 I have a few of their watches including this model (but rose gold case with white dial) and the details and finishings on them are incredible considering the price.

I bet there are some wide 20 mm straps and narrow 22 mm straps that will fit the 21 mm width just fine... You just have to find the straps, which would be the hard part...
