And how do things started to run better? I mean, how did you started to feel more comfortable, to not feeling lonely, to get over those bad feelings (trapped, lonely, maybe guilty...)?? I'm extremely scared of having such a bad situation at the beggining and I would like to know how do you recomend to get over it :D

I don't really think you can do anything to get over it, when you move to a new place it will always be hard in the beginning, and it's just important to be aware of it and remind yourself that it will get better eventually. You just have to try to stay openminded, positive, go out and explore, try to meet new people and just remind yourself how awesome it is that you are able to move to another city/ country and have this experience :)

It's normal for things to be hard in the beginning especially when you come to China from a western country. I know many people (myself included) who had a breakdown and cried in the beginning. What people advised me at the time and it works, is exactly what she said, get out and explore. Make friends, learn the language and remember how blessed you are to have this opportunity.
