Mayor Keisha had a lifetime crammed into 4 yrs. She's burnt out, overwhelmed, swamped by catastrophe after calamity. It's a lot to ask of any Mayor, especially a city as big & diverse as Atlanta.

Yes, you can tell from her voice that she feels overwhelmed and burned out. But, the other part is quiting makes her look weak which really is not fair. Most big American cities have had similar problems over the last couple of years. Philly, Chicago, NYC... so it may be something personal with her.

Nah we good. She has been great but there's a lot that she did not need specifically for the city of Atlanta. She didn't address the homelessness population She didn't address the issues with the police. She was going to have a hard run for mayor She did the right thing for her. Don't feel bad for Atlanta trust me we got plenty of black folks who are more than qualified to handle this. In Atlanta needs a new guard Keisha came from a line of prior administrations accused of corruption. While she wasn't accused of corruption she didn't do anything to root it out.
