I’ve got a 2017 Pro4x, just rolled 70k miles. Literally absolutely zero problems since day one. I get new half tons yearly for work (usually big 3) and none of them have ever hit 30k without needing warranty work. Nissan dialled these trucks in pretty much from 2010 on. Great video, thank you for sharing.

I’m rolling 120,000 miles on my 2016…. Not a single problem and I’m still shocked to this day. I had a ford ranger before this frontier…. Always left me stranded. Thanks for watching and enjoy your 2017!

I have a Nissan Frontier 2012 it’s a very good pickup truck 🛻 it’s a little noisy inside when you drive it.. do yo have any tips for me to fix it, Do more videos about this pickup truck please have a great day 👍👍

The tires make a big difference in cabin noise. If you get street tires it drives pretty quiet.

They removed that handle in 2018 I think

Yeah I noticed that too on some models. But the new center console grab handles make 0 sense.

I do believe they removed it for “safety” reasons. Less likely for driver to get a head injury in the event of a crash. I don’t agree, but whatever.

Yeah makes sense I guess. Since your head can’t possibly hit the glass window instead lol

@desertdudechannel3 жыл бұрын
Dude if you hit 500k miles you deserve a special interview. Yes a 2015-2019 is ideal but right now they are asking 36,000$ for a used one!!!!

The entire market is high right now. That is nothing specific to the frontier. Give that the frontier has a bigger/better engine, all disc brakes, and a demonstrably better frame than the Tacoma, I think we need to ask ourselves how does tacoma charge as much as they do? resting on its laurels it seems.
@desertdudechannel3 жыл бұрын
I can’t disagree with you there. The only problem with the Tacoma is the drum brakes. Besides that it does off-road better than the frontier.

@@desertdudechannel Small truck competition is strong now. Making the Frontier larger and more expensive it probably not good for the times, especially with the new Ford Maverick being small and somewhat inexpensive. I know all vehicles have to change, but sometimes I wonder why they just don't refresh the styling and keep the strong, proven platform that people love.
@desertdudechannel3 жыл бұрын
Yeah the base frontier was 19,000 in 2019 now it’s 30,000. I think the bad media and press coverage got the best of Nissan. I wish them the best from 2022 on out.

Do you ever have problems with your stereo mine sometimes doesn't come on it does weird stuff sometimes
@desertdudechannel3 жыл бұрын
Sometimes it used to freeze up and reboot that was it. I took the SD card out and now it never messes up. It’s been flawless. I did go to the menu and do a factory reset a couple times.
@jthondacrf89263 жыл бұрын
@@desertdudechannel what does that sd card do
@desertdudechannel3 жыл бұрын
It stores the GPS navigation and other stuff. Plus they can’t track you on gps If you remove the sd card. It’s right there on the front of the stereo. Just push it in and it pops back out. You won’t have the navigation if you do though.
