I think there is more to Genesis than we know, however I wonder what a year is to a Robin which in our current weather pattens can lay eggs 3 times in a year. We are told not to live in a world but be of a world. So Nature is the Gods natural world a law of how he wanted us to be and indeed are. The Robin and ALL other creatures live not a structured world but a period dictated by cycles of warmth, food and of course material to nest! We can only see what we want to, but is 1 cycle = a year? Look at Trees some of them 100 or more years. So I believe Nature is God's Natural Law as unconditional Love & Death? Look at Humans now, everything is speeding up along with knowledge, is this a period of too. The Planet cannot keep up with our growth and indeed what we take from it, that's the difference.. Humans are on a period whereby we are not only killing it but its the very foundation we live upon. It is no wonder that the Elite want a Cull of Human life, we are everything you have stated!
