Hello everyone, It's absolutely awesome news that Brian and Hannah's charges were dropped. I'm so very happy for them. NOW let's HOPE Vinny Eastwood and Billy TK's charges are DROPPED as well. Vinny and Billy were Protesting before Brian and Hannah as they were going through parts of New Zealand towns informing people to STOP the mandates etc. This too will be wonderful news to hear. I feel whether you like any of them or not. THEY are willing to STAND UP because of WRONG DOING, we ALL should STAND with THEM if you feel that it's right for YOU. All government agencies know they have to release public employees' names under the OIA!!! But the government agencies will always redact public employees' names and other information they know by law they have to release. The ombudsman's office must know as they do these OIA request time after time and it still takes them months or years to make the decision on the same thing. This is a waste of taxpayers' money the system is rotten to the core

Police knew the evidence. They pushed it as far as they could to ramp up charges and pressure. Police need to pay compensation for illegal imprisonment and pay costs.

Yep but it would be better to have the ACT bill. A bill is harder to change or throw out as it would have to go to public vote, whereas NZ 1st bill is (if it happens) going through legislation, which in turn can be changed overnight will a new government voted in. Bit like some of the shit the coalition is getting rid of now. It'll be just another roundabout circus.
