There's another story from Big Head from Chinatown Gang stories channel, back when he was in Hong Kong, although he doesn't specify who, most people speculate it was Carina. He said a 'Tycoon' hired the actress for the night and left a blank cheque for the actress to fill in amount, when the actress put in the amount (Big Head said won't reveal how much) and the cheque cleared however, the Tycoon's wife later found out, said she was not worth that amount and hired people complete the task to make the amount "worth it". Big Head also specify that the story is different from his Dai Lo, but says he knows because he knows both the group that kidnapped her and knows who hired her, and says up to you to decide who is correct. BTW, I am also hoping that the channel owner will make use of this information and try to make a video documenting this incident soon! Wong Long-Wai was an evil triad film producer, who ran into Anita Mui at a karaoke club in Hong Kong (somewhere in Tsim Tung or Wanchai) way back in the early 90s. He wanted to FORCE her into his VIP room, to have some drinks and sing for him. I am almost certain, that he also wanted to have SEX with her or force her to make Category III films; just like what happened to poor Carina Lau. When she refused his offer, he slapped her right in the face and probably threatened her as well. Lam Kwok-Bun (a famous HK actor) also happened to be there in that karaoke club at the time, and he saved Anita's ass by telling Wong to back off. Lam probably attacked Wong as well, since he is a skilled martial artist who has also been in various HK action movies. It has been like 30 years since, so I'm not too clear about all the details at this point... But somehow, Wong ended up in the hospital later on, and then some Sun Yee On triad guys showed up at the hospital to pay him a visit with some REALLY BAD NEWS; and then they just stabbed/chopped him to death! Afterwards, Wong's triad bosses and gangster associates (probably from 14K or Wo Shing Wo) all heard about his death, and so then they decided to RETALIATE by murdering a Sun Yee On triad gang member named Chan Yiu-Hing; aka 'Tiger of Wanchai'. I think they caught up with him like somewhere outside of a hotel or restaurant in Macau, and then they shot him several times in the chest and head while he was seated in his van. I am not 100% sure if it is relevant, but 14K would go onto have wars with some rival gangsters (Shui Fong) in Macau. A BIG triad war broke out in 1996, and 14K would suffer some HUGE losses and casualties. At least 100+ of their triad members got killed or seriously injured during the summer of 1996. The Royal Hong Kong Police arrested as many triad members as they could that year, because they wanted to make it 'look good' for Queen Elizabeth II shortly before the handover of Hong Kong back to China. And the triads also wanted to make a 'lasting impression' for the dear people of Hong Kong, so that means getting the message across; by CHOPPING OFF an arm or a leg or two! That's about roughly all I really know, but I hope this answers your question.

I'm one of the few people who can still remember that when the news of her abduction first spread like wildfire back then in 1990, every single newspaper and magazine in HK mentioned that there were some lewd photos taken of her, but NO rumors of any X-rated videos were ever mentioned tho. I was around year 2000 when a friend sent to my phone a short clip of her kidnapped “action” scene. I was working in Beijing at the time and Karaoke and night clubs were popular. I remember a lot of people watched it and talked about it. Later there were an 8 minute clip of fuller content featuring her tied up in bed with two Japanese boys on top. The location was an abandoned construction site. Diagnosis: definitely professional triad op for the Japanese boys; there was at least one or two more cameraman and audio/lighting assistant in the room; they might sell the video in Japan underground for 5000-10000 yen a copy mixing in the special genre, or not. The seemly logical cause of the op was she wooed the wrong boyfriend whose rich girlfriend had powerful friends. It was said the boyfriend and his girlfriend were from famous families of HK and Macau.

People got pissed, then a fight broke out, and some beer or wine bottles got smashed over somebody's head. Lam probably attacked Wong as well, since he is a very skilled martial artist who has also been in various HK action movies. He is a very strong guy, and he hits very hard. It has been like 30 years since, so I'm not really too clear about all the details at this point... But somehow, Wong ended up in the hospital later on due to his injuries from that fight, and then some Sun Yee On triad guys (who probably knew Anita Mui or Lam Kwok-Bun), showed up at the hospital to pay him a visit with some REALLY BAD NEWS; and then they just stabbed/chopped him to death! In late 1993, they caught up with him somewhere outside of a hotel or restaurant in Macau. Then they just rode right up to him on motorbikes, and shot him like MULTIPLE TIMES in the head and chest; while he was seated in his van, waiting for his girlfriend. Two of his associates, who were with him at the time when the murder took place, were also killed as well. After the 'deed' was done, his assailants quickly got away and NO arrests have ever been made even after 30 years now. It is unclear WHO was responsible for ordering his murder, but there had been speculation that it was probably someone he KNEW; who also HATED him very much. Chan Yiu-Hing, who only 30-32 years of age when he died, was originally a parking attendant who also worked as a part-time bouncer for various nightclubs in Hong Kong and Macau. He was a cocky and arrogant sonofabitch, who always wore fancy-looking designer clothes and drove around in expensive-ass sports cars. He was reportedly a BIG show-off, and had NO problems at all with messing around with various women; calling them all kindsa bad names, forcing himself on other people, and putting his hands on them, in all the WRONG places! 😲 He later began dating TVB actress Mariane Chan (Chan Miu-Ying), and also began a short-lived racing career in the Macau Grand Prix; where I believe he even won 2nd place at one of the automobile races sometime in the early 90s. Rumor has it, that Chan was NOT a very nice guy, but was actually a very cocky and arrogant hot-headed sonofabitch; as I have already stated before. He was quickly rising among the ranks as a gang leader, and because of all his ego problems; he often clashed alot with his triad bosses and uncles/elders over some trivial matters. He made alot of money by protecting nightclub owners, who operated their businesses mainly in the Tsim Tung and Wanchai District areas. Either way tho, his rude-ass arrogant behavior and poor people skills among those whom he worked for, must've ultimately led to his demise. She mentioned that she thought she would be murdered and glad that she get to live, she wanted to focus on living and thankfully she had a supporting bf who helped her get through it alive. I said get through it alive because many people who were traumatized couldn't and they're married happily and is still together and they enjoy life together. Focus on that. Back in the old days of HongKong where the majority of the citizens are all Chinese migrants and the population of the HongKong triads grew by laps and fold because they become too influential and dangerous to deal with in HongKong. Even the locals HongKong police 👮‍♂️ force are no match for the notorious criminals aka triads of HongKong which consisted of all Chinese members regardless of which under world triads you’re from.

The triads ruled EVERYTHING... Even the Royal Hong Kong Police were in a partnership with them; as as much as they do not want to admit it. '鬼頭警士' was a term for police chiefs who worked under the control of triad bosses. Lui Lok was one such corrupt police detective, who worked for the 14K and various other triad groups during the height of corrupt in Hong Kong during the 60s and 70s.

The rival faction of triads are always trying to white wash their ill gotten gains in loan sharking, drug deals, smuggling, prostitutions & etc. They got their big breaks when the film & music industry make it big in HK with vast markets across the continents where ethnic Chinese were residing. FUN FACT #1: Did you know, that there was an on-going gang war like back in the days prior to the HK handover in 1997; between the triad bosses of Tsim Tung and the casino bosses in Macau? They were in a fierce heated rivalry, and were basically going at each others' throats... People got CHOPPED and cops got BRIBED. Many triad members got arrested, and some where even outright MURDERED. 1996 was just one BIG, bloody mess. The HK movie called 'The Longest Nite' (暗花) was all about this whole bloody gang war! Have you guys seen that movie yet? 😲

These guys all came from very poor families and had to do whatever it takes in order to survive back in those days. Robbery, extortion, murder, drug/gun smuggling, you name it. No honor among thieves, and no virtues among crooks. Famous TVB actor Lawrence Ng and his brother Charlie Ng are also both HARDCORE gangsters, who prolly did their fair share of bad deeds; but I'm not real shure which triad group they represent or are associated with tho...
