Why did they make a Nintendo Music App??

I love the concept but all my hyped died once I saw how laughable the library was like...fire emblem from the GBA but none of the switch fire emblem games have their OSTs? Not even Mario sunshine??

I hate Nintendo(the company) but bias aside I wonder why they made this and who they thought would use it over any other means of listening to music. I guess it fits a Nintendo songs niche but it just don't feel like it's needed.
