For stomach ulcers, the best medicine is De-Nol and its Indian analogues. I had 2 stomach ulcers and one 12 duodenal ulcer already at a late stage, I lost a lot of blood, rolled on the floor in pain and the light in my eyes went out. Yes Finn snow is here in Dauin too. Our land is more up to the mountain than theirs. We always see them here too. My son will have playmates here a lot of kids in the neighborhood., will show in the next vlog.

Nivi's husband has a channel in Russian. So he made a video of how the children came, about the age of Yuri, there were 4 children. Therefore, I can say that in this village, many children live. And the place is not so quiet, their neighbors like to play loud music at 5 o'clock in the morning🙂🙂🙂

That's a big lot you have. You can create income from it by building bamboo cottages slowly to rent out to visitors/tourists. Also, you can rent out motorbikes to your guests as transport, even if you just buy good second-hand motor or manual bikes. There are so many possibilities since Dauin is a scuba diving and nature area. You can also create income from providing airport transfers if you have a van to pick up your guests. Your wife can also cater even just for breakfast meals to your guests if she wants to. Most importantly, you can advertise your business thru your KZbin channels and other mediums like FB, Instagram etc,

Coz we still have to fix our road a little bit. We don’t have problem going to our property but going back we sometimes encounter problem. Our car cannot go up to the slope and broken part of the road as our car has very small clearance.

What is the elevation form sea level of your lot? and how high do you need to go in order to feel cool enough not to have the need to use an air conditioner in the Philippines?

Our property is 500 meters from sea level. Sometimes it fogs here. Most of the time the temperature is cool but on summer days it can be hot too but not like in the city . If you want a cool temperature all year round you need atleast 800 meters from the sea level but it would not be comfortable in rainy season it can get really cold.

@@NivyMondaya To me coldness can be easily remedied by wearing layers of clothing. This even if you find yourself in a freezing snow blizzard. High heat with addition to humidity would be unbearable because you can't mitigate the heat anywhere you go. You get stuck in a certain area that cools down the ambient temperature-controlled air. When you step outside of that area things get uncomfortable real quick. However, you can wear or take off layers of clothing as temperature changes during the day for own personal comfort in the cold. in cold temperatures it is much easier to manage your own personal comfort. In the heat you can't because you are at the mercy of the sun and so you are constantly trying to find shade.
