Many people mistook the verse Allah misguides whom He wills by believing that Allah SWT misguides His servants on purpose. I want to mention one thing that Allah Created All Humans As Muslim Because Allah Mentions in Surah Al A’raf verse 172 “And [mention] when your Lord took from the children of Adam - from their loins - their descendants and made them testify of themselves, [saying to them], "Am I not your Lord?" They said, "Yes, we have testified." [This] - lest you should say on the day of Resurrection, "Indeed, we were of this unaware." So we have already accepted the Allah as our lord but because Allah gave us the free will than it’ not just to not give us a chance. And duniya is the chance he is goving to us to use our free will to find the way to the truth and for support he sent his revelation so that we could ponder upon them and find our path back to Allah Azzawajal .

The "shahadah words and Islam" are not what will determine a person to enter heaven, but with HIS permission over "OUR SINCERITY" even where, when or our belief was created by HIM, the nature and basis Religion of Allah (covers Islam) is based on the nature of Sincerity and Glory of Human Nature, and compassion, forgiveness, the pleasure and mercy of Allah who is just and knowing will determine it.

Allah (SWT) has already created a being like that. They are Angels. They all submit their will to Allah (SWT) and they will never go against an order given to them. Furthermore, they doesn’t have a free will.

From a Muslim perspective, every child born "Muslim" is above the provisions and is pleased by Allah, and with HIS permission, when he is able to think and make judgments. "HIS SINCERENESS" will determine whether he will continue to receive "Allah's pleasure" (muslim) or vice versa.
