I just trimmed it a few days ago! Lol. I feel like it looks shorter than before, but hopefully it grows back quickly. I probably took off 1-2 inches.

This is so interesting. I have used both of those masks and even though I’m high porosity, my hair behaves the exact opposite with the products. The Carol’s Daughter mask leaves my hair very soft and moisturized and the Alikay Honey and Sage leaves my hair drier than I would like and it behaves like a protein treatment in my hair. Your hair has really grown!

Hey Tiff! Oh wow. You know, I wonder if it has to do with the proteins. Both products have protein in them but maybe the silk amino acids in the Alikay Naturals DC is more strengthening for your hair than the hydrolyzed keratin in the carol's daughter DC. 🤔 My hair responds to those ingredients the opposite way. I already know that with silk amino acids my hair will be softer and with keratin my hair will be more strengthened.

@@AfroKhadisiac I was actually wondering of the ingredients were incorrect and should have keratin listed in it because my hair was so hard and dry after using this. I was so sad b/c I love the consistency and smell of this DC.

Its so weird that you posted this video today and this was the DC I used today for wash day. I bought it I want to say about a month ago during a BOGO free sale online. I'm so glad I purchased bc I love it.

Would you ever show us washing your hair in the shower. And I started prepooing my hair with coconut oil and I just found out that Coconut oil is a great detangler. And I love the results

I just finished my 3rd jar of this dc, it's been my fave for a long time. We have very similar hair textures (fine, medium to low density , high porosity) except mine is color treated. My hair drinks it up .

Lol!!! It is a pretty pricey, but it's actually worth the price in my opinion. The consistency is loose in the jar, but a little goes a long way because of how moisturizing it is when you apply it. You won't feel the need to pack it on at all. I highly recommend!!

It not worth the price for somebody is heavy handed with their deep conditioner and have too much hair and their hair is thick somepeople have a thin/fine hair and their hair is short and long not thick the deep conditioner is worth the price and it is pricey you get one or 2 out of a deep conditioner

@@AfroKhadisiac Hi AK I used this as a deep conditioner after my rice water regimen last night and it left my hair supple, soft and bouncy (that's with no products afterwards and hair air dry the next day!!!) and it smells like chocolate tootsie rolls. Hello, AK I have a question for you. Will pre-pooing overnight lead to hygral fatigue, although you’re using oil? I hope this question doesn’t sound stupid ❤️.

Hey Moesha! 😊 That’s not a stupid question at all! I’m glad you asked it. I haven’t experienced hygral fatigue from prepooing overnight because I only add oil (no water). It’s when you allow your hair to stay in a wet state for too long (e.g., leaving a water based prepoo, deep conditioner, etc) in your hair overnight that it can cause hygral fatigue. You also have to know whether your hair can handle treatments overnight or not. Some people can while others can’t! I say if your hair is fine or weak to begin with, you probably won’t want to do overnight treatments unless they’re oil based.
