Seth just improved over time. When a guy with that kind of stuff is in the zone then yeah he’s going to dominate. First time I ever saw anyone play DOOM on PC was at his house as a kid. We lived a street over from one another. I’m biased, but he’s absolutely dealing and making everyone proud!

They did let him start a few times....and most of those times he wasn't very effective. He wasn't throwing as hard during his starts, conserving his energy, but it made him less effective.

He was a victim of his own success... He was great out of the bullpen, pigeonholled... Besides, they found out he had a partial tear in his elbow and they thought if they limited his innings they could get more out of him. Also, after that first stint as a starter for the Mets he wasn't all that effective when he got chances as a spot starter.

He was far more effective as a reliever for the Mets. He had chances to start. I know SNY has morons for producers and Licata is a buffoon, but how about we assess Seth after the season?
