The Bank of England even published a paper in 2015 that concluded immigration was depressing wages particularly in those sectors most dependent on migrant labour. The “But we have labour shortages” narrative, is a woefully ill informed narrative. Immigration also creates labour shortages for 2 main reasons. 1. If you add an immigrant worker to an economy, that immigrant worker will also put demand on the economy because the immigrant will need services such as transport, healthcare, they will need to buy groceries, cloths etc etc. Therefore immigrants filling vacancies create demand in the economy rather than simply meet demand as is often assumed. 2. Because immigration depresses wages, many jobs in the UK have become increasing unviable for British born people. The reason these jobs are generally unviable for British born people as opposed to immigrants, is because immigrants are often sending that money back home where they can take advantage of both an advantageous exchange rate and the disparity in cost of living. Therefore a lowly paid job with poor conditions is generally worth more to an immigrant worker who can send money home, than that job is worth to a British born worker looking to buy a home and support a family in the UK. In short, immigration depresses wages and creates labour shortages, or at least the neoliberal immigration system characterised by mass immigration that we have had in the UK for at least 2 decades, creates precisely this problem.

The question is simple and really clear, they come illegally because in the Albanian culture there is the show of power and money they feel they will become the next kings of the drug trade. Even if you find them a job, they won't work because they don't want to, they only have one goal: the trade of drugs, weapons! With a visit to London you see that many areas are under Albanian control especially in the arms and drug trade! Young people in Albania do not go to school and are not educated by any system and in Albania drugs are their main occupation. They feel it is a great honor and shout it with pride. I have lived in England I worked as a professional driver after leaving I went back to Sweden where I lived before, I can't say that I met any good Albanians in Britain, the majority are engaged in illegal work or work in undeclared work and because there is a lack of control they can claim asylum at the same time the British go to Albania for holidays, how is it possible for Albanians to go to Britain to apply for asylum? I personally feel sorry for the British citizens who are forced to pay every criminal out of their tax. The British people have every right to choose who they want in their country and who they don't.
