I don’t think you need to send that to the lab. The literature suggests that form of mass is not metastatic melanoma, but is pathognomonic for being a miniature hot dog. You’d be lucky if insurance granted you a peer-to-peer, if not just denying pathological analysis outright.

9 weeks I waited for FNA thyroid biopsy results which came back inconclusive, so off to the operating theater to remove half of the gland, now currently in week 3 waiting for these results 😬
