Hi guys! Question please: I started taking 40mg of Telmisartan 2 weeks ago and my blood pressure is still 140-150/90. Before I was taking it, I had the same values. Could it be possible that my body is not responding to this medicine, or should I increase the dose to 80mg/day? How long does Telmisartan need to start lowering my blood pressure? I'm on HRT, 250mg of testosterone/week, 25mg of Aromasin(2 or 3 times/week), with 1500 IU's of HGC/week and 50mg of DHEA/day. Thank you!

Hi Ron! Hi Doc! Blood pressure question: what are normal values? some say 110/70, others 120/80, others say that 140/90 is also normal. Is age correlated? My family doctor told me that for a 52y/o male 135/80 is perfectly fine. I'm on a small dose of telmisartan 20mg everyday, also I'm on trt with half vial of sustanon every week since 1994 (from antibodies anti pituitary gland). I do 10-12 weeks cycle once a year for cutting implementing masteron and winstrol. Thanks!

Yes pumpkin seeds are great for healthy cholesterol levels but you gotta eat them whole with the shell otherwise they don’t work

Doc you said something about that the combination of gh & igf-1 lr3 increases the risk of cancer, how big is this risk? There no cases of cancer in my family or anything like that.. and to the Methyltrienolone, would it be "safer" if I take 500mcg only on training days split into 2 doses?( 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off)

Depends on your age, genetic disposition and overall risk factors for cancer.
