Why Do I have Yellow Leaves?

Why do I have yellow leaves? Here are the top reasons!
-Overwatering - Check soil to make sure top few inches are dry before watering. If roots have rotted, clip them off and repot with new soil.
-Underwatering - Work out a schedule to remind you to water on time (Sunday is my "check on plants" day)
-Pest Infestations - Apply insecticide diligently, increase air movement, remove pests manually.
-Root-bound - Loosen roots and repot into a pot 1-2" bigger
-Lack of Sun - Place in sunnier area. Bright indirect sunlight is best.

my philo brasil was so happy and then just took a nose dive. yellow leaves, lack of pigmentation in new leaves. Orange spots on some leaves. I've repotted, but Idk what to do. :(

Oh no! that's the worst when a plant takes a turn! From what you're describing I'd look into how you're watering it and it's lighting. Give it bright indirect sun and only water when the top 1-2 inches of the soil feel dry. I hope it bounces back!

@tenneyplants yep, nothing has changed, its been in the same spot for years. I was just getting ready to repot it and it went to shit. 3 weeks later I've now chopped up the whole thing. :(

repot with new soil if it's not root bound if it is root bound cut the roots then repot with new soil

Leave it in the sun for a month it should be okay.
