You mean to say that after paying 25% tax + surcharge in corporate a/c all the remaining profit can be shared by Directors without paying any further tax on individual level ? I think that's not right .
@dewanmohamed916711 ай бұрын
You won't be paying income taxes from corporate account for the salary or dividend that you receive as part of your company as those are paid at individual level. Corporate account taxes are based on profits after all expenses where salary, dividend, assets all comes under expenses and remaining profits only taxes are paid. You can also buy assets on company names for which taxes are paid only while selling the assets and profits are not realized while holding the assets but still Auditors would be best to consult on assets

Hi J, great insights. You have compared the taxable income of 1cr for both individual and corporate. But in corporate, 1 cr is arrived after the adjustments such as depreciation, expenses, salaries etc. Taking those into account, perhaps corporate registration is beneficial even for 50L income for individual? Or am I missing something here?

But, what do you have to say Sir, about double taxation for corporate/private ltd companies? First 25% + 3%=28% then again 30% taxation in individual share? Isn't it double taxation. For this, some are saying that LLP is better, as the profit is taxed @ 30%+surcharges =35%, but the profit share in individual hands is exempt and there is no double taxation here.
