Saw the title and my immediate thought was lack of reciprocation. To some women it makes sense to just not do anything and be “convinced” to show interest back, but to a guy like me it makes me think you just don’t like me like that😂

Of course, because we have far more to loose when the relationship goes sour. Not understanding that or denying it, is a sign of immaturity and selfishness.

1. Respectful people respect people, others behaviour shouldn't take you out of character. 2. In a relationship, respect is mutual and reciprocal and we are each other representative.

Because it's not some crazy thing to be interested in a woman. Getting a man to be initially interested in you is the easiest part for women. Keeping a man interested after he sees how you behave is the hard part.

telling a guy sex is off the table as an option, playing games, making a guy jump through hoops & putting up unnecessary roadblocks to a guy trying to get to know you. women do this all the time to "sh*t test" men & see how far she can push him & to see if she can make him angry. when the guy simply leaves & removes his attention, she feels stupid. because in his absence she realizes she actually liked having him around. but now he's gone because she wanted to play mind games.

For sure a test. Though I think she's looking for a man to express his standards and isn't afraid to lose her for it, that makes her respect him

so a woman can't require commitment before giving her body away, in a climate that requires women to have as low of a body count as possible? a woman can't expect an effort to be made by the guy who says he's interested? how will the woman know the man is genuinely interested in her if she gives it up without commitment or if he doesn't put in effort?
@janewilliams58982 ай бұрын
unless you're saying that no man genuinely likes a woman, outside of intimacy and child-rearing. then it would be best if you didn't bother being with women, go be with your fellow men.
@asdfxcvbn7462 ай бұрын
@@Akintunde17 most men of value aren't obligated to, nor will they express anything. if she says or does the wrong thing, she will get ghosted. on to the next. do I think its right to do that to a woman? no. but women ghost men almost by default, so men have learned to ghost also once they've acquired value... it is what it is.

@@janewilliams5898 "so a woman can't require commitment before giving her body away" ---- a woman can do or require whatever she wants. but she has to do that with the knowledge that most men will walk away from that deal because they get nothing out of it. "in a climate that requires women to have as low of a body count as possible?" --- i'd argue the climate we're in is quite the opposite. we're in a full-on hookup culture, spearheaded by women & sex-positive feminism. if you need evidence of that, go to any college campus. "a woman can't expect an effort to be made by the guy who says he's interested?" --- in a post metoo movement world, women now have to court men, approach & put forth the effort because women have made it too risky for men to approach. men can lose their jobs, get cancelled, face legal action, be branded a creep among their social group etc. "how will the woman know the man is genuinely interested in her if she gives it up without commitment" --- if he sticks around. therein lies the importance of talking to him & getting to know the man before sleeping with him. but on the flipside, very few men are waiting until marriage. that is a custom of a bygone era (1950's) women banking on the men they want doing that for them will end up growing old, single & childless. "or if he doesn't put in effort?" --- why don't YOU put in some effort? why do men have to do everything? women said we're equal, right? ok then cool. you can take some of the man's responsibility & court him, approach him, get to know him. he is just as much of a prize as you are. ideally, you BOTH would put in effort.

I am born and raised in NYC and can speak to the patterns of Black men dating out in LA as well. I think it definitely has more to do with perceived social equity than it does to with class. Black women in America are statistically the most educated group of women and there’s a lot of upward mobility. I don’t think it’s that challenging to find one that carries herself well and offers a refined aesthetic. Be it class or pedigree. Ironically I’ll notice that some Black men will work at trying to humble these types of Black women instead of pouring into them or appreciating them. IDK….. maybe that just here? Relegating it to class feeds into negatives tropes and stereotypes without digging into the reality that some of these Black men might be running away from something internally or not facing manifestations of self hatred. Great convo! You guys have good vibes!

It’s very challenging to find a woman who carries herself well especially in this day and age. You’re not a man so you don’t have experience in finding a woman with good traits. Also educated in what? Schooling? Because when it comes to relationships and loving someone properly y’all (women in general) are the most uneducated. Some bm self hate but more bm see their worth starting gravitate to someone who is going to treat them right
