Speak to black women, why should we play this role of the submissive woman who is protecting the male ego. If no one ever sees her, does she still feel sexy? Why does she feel compelled to share how she looks with others when she feels sexy? She takes a bunch of photos and shows others or shares it to social media or goes outside. It may not be explicitly for male attention, but male attention is a part of it.
