I don’t know if they just don’t realize it needs a patch or if they want it to be “more realistic” by not even essentially scoring the game correctly.🤣

Back in the day, players honored the game and their opponents by playing to the buzzer. None of them died that I know of. Basketball isn't what it used to be. Probably because the players aren't what they used to be. But the powers that be let it happen and here we are.

This may be affecting entire team's moral, even if ever so slightly. I'm surprised that teams - who spend many millions and countless hours to optimise a player's and team's efficiency - would allow a player's ego to negatively affect relationships unnecessarily.

I think that there has to be a point during negotiations when Caused Team Turnovers are used against the players. Even if it's wrong because getting the ball 0.2 before the clock ends is not your fault, I think that GMs somehow find a way to bring it up to pay the players less. Which would explain why veterans and players with star status don't mind taking it.

They don’t ever credit that person that passed them the ball. No one cares about play making and so on. This is why players can’t even finish around the rim. What do they work on mostly nowadays? Three pointers yep.

@holoqh5 жыл бұрын
Playing 82 games in such a short amount of time is the problem. Even in the 80s and 90s players complained. Nowadays, with players using their bodies to an extent they didn't before and with the pace increasing so much, injuries are so common and sometimes so devastating that players and staff prefer to take a loss rather than risk injuring their superstar. If the NBA either extended the season, which would anger the players (they need the summer to rest their body, train, see their families etc...) or reduced the amount of games played in a season (which the NBA never would, because they'd rather hurt the players than lose money over unplayed games) then load management would become less common and the NBA could actually punish teams for doing so.

I often notice the key players passing off the ball to a role player seconds before shot clock expire with clear intention (subjective) to avoid taking low percentage shot or getting a clock violation turnover. Many of them do it, like Lebron, James Harden, Westbrook (sometimes); while many don’t, such as Khawi, Giannis, Steph I feel like this is such an interesting topic, but I cant find any compilation of this on KZbin. My question is: am I being subjective about this (as I do observe this behavior more often on the players I like less), or is it a real thing, and if so is there already a post/video on it? Thank you
