I use to not like him for the hate he gave us, but he grew on me. Watching his content and interviews, he says the quiet part out loud, blunt and maybe too outspoken at times when no one wants to talk. I actually like him now, there’s more content online of him speaking than most active players you actually get insight into how his mind works in the game. Weird that I flip flopped but I think that it’s childish to hold grudges, and some people are too afraid of publicly changing their opinions. Grow up 😂

I really appreciate Trevor B.'s KZbin channel. It's incredibly educational for both young pitchers and veterans. Y'all are focusing too much on his personal life instead of his skills as a pitcher, which would benefit the Astros. Living just an hour from Houston, I'd love to watch him play in person. 8:33 It's unfair to generalize about Astros fans. I'm not a die-hard fan, but I do like the team. Trevor deserves to be playing in the MLB because he's a talented pitcher. Unfortunately, it seems like baseball is too focused on politics and personal relationships with the fans rather than Trevor's ability to help teams win. Winning games would quickly change fans' minds.

Have you guys seen any of his KZbin material? He's sub 2 era, throwing 96-98mph...with great stuff. He's just a unique/weird guy...he doesn't like taking instruction from Coaches, he does, and always has done, stuff his own way to get better at pitching. It rubs people like Gerritt Cole the wrong way, but he just wants to learn and do things his own way...if he's successful at it, which he clearly is, leave him alone....if he's not, fire him...easy. About the off-field stuff, he was proven innocent...he was set up...the girl took a video of herself in his bed the next morning with no marks on her face or body...talking in the camera...she set him up. Main thing is, he was proven innocent...why is Ozuna still playing, why is x still playing...etc...Bauer is hated by League ownership and so he's being kept out of the League.

Astros are now averaging like 6 runs a game and are losing pitchers what seems like each week. The trade deadline will have a few pitchers that could be 4 or 5th options but Bauer could be a 2nd or 3rd option. Im not saying the dude is just going to dominate MLB batters off the rip but he is a CY Young winner. He said he would sign for the min, if the clubhouse could live with him I dont see why not. The Astros cant keep trading their prospects for rentals

Verlander is old enough for the senior citizen discount and needs as much rest as he can get. Blanco, Brown and Arrighetti are going to blow past their career highs in innings and pitches. Having a 6 man rotation that can still handle a 5 man rotation if somebody gets injured would be ideal. But sure, let's just roll with this duck taped together rotation.

You have to believe in redemption and that we all can overcome mistakes. Bauer was setup, just Edwin Encarnacion. Encarnacion wasn’t suspended for two years though. Sports leagues can’t be the law. We need to get back to innocent until proven guilty. Adrian Peterson got a second chance. Bauer deserves a second chance.
