It is the way which gives least pain , just the pain of cut through skin and 2 or 3 small ligaments . Earth doesn't work in balance if you say humans shouldn't eat meat and no sacrifice should be made , an area from where Wolf's were removed bloomed with deers which ate a lot of primary producers and the biodiversity was destroyed , the place regained it's biodiversity when wolves were introduced and the growth of deer was checked by them , in domestic areas humans act as wolves . For example cows are death after eating plastics in the garbage in many areas after the beef ban as most formers left them on the streets due to certificate conflicts , in other way increase population of cattle has devastating effects on agriculture as pest and methane producing global warming engines . Animals should be used as food but in limited quantity . Greed destroys everything and everyone . Supporting the compassion here is like stoping a doctor to inject medicine , the injection may cause a little pain , but it is good for everyone as if he is left , he could spread the disease

To Scholar, Your belief is your belief and good luck if you see your God. Please read this and think through: A question was asked to Swaminarayan Bhagwan, why violence/sacrifice was permitted in the vedas… To which Bhagwan replied… it was to curtail the habits, not to promote it. Furthermore, Dharma, Aartha, Kama can be achieved by path of violence, but for MOKSHA, non-violence MUST be followed. ……….. This is the underlying reason why one should not kill animals. To achieve God… Other is control of senses… as meat is considered rajas/tamas foods. For also, Bhagvatam has said that the butcher, seller, transporter, and consumer of meat are all sinners. This is why the re-incarnation principle makes sense… that those who consume meat… again next life become the animal whom is killed…. Its a vicious cycle… To get out of all this misery… non-violence is the path… no killing of animals for food or sacrifice… Control of the senses, and unconditional devotion to God. Have you seen or realized God? Sir? If truly no…. Follow a vegetarian diet, control your senses, and devote in Bhakti to God you believe…. Do so for a year… and write back… It is a hard concept to digest for those who have been brainwashed into believing that animal killing is permissible, bases on few passeges from the scriptures where it may allow; but not read other passages where it overwhelming abstains from so. You Sir, are not taking your people to any promise land by preaching this kind of stuff… only filling or fueling sense pleasures by eating mests. You can be a devotee muslim without killing of animals for food or sacrifice. Good luck with your life… more you promote killing of animals, more misery will come your way. Not asking you to become a Hindu… you can be a Muslim and see your God to… just follow no animal killing for food or sacrifice. This is the only way… As for India/Bharat….
