No mam that will not be a permanent solution, you can delay. This is due to improper installation.

I am advising people for sometime now to drill each tile minimum two points and use plastic plug and steel screw. An intelligent person can do it without much damage and then make sure to grout tiles and screws and use silicone sealant between wide gaps.

No use of curing of tiles. It is better to keep tiles in water for 8 hours after draining out surface water, gently wipe the surface. Now the tiles are ready to place. Er sanat kumar tewari
