Probably not long. It's basically a scar, and shifters can heal. If Eren can regenerate an entire leg at will, then some facial scarring is likely solved within minutes or hours.

Rewatching the show none of the shifter have them in season one or they look different from later was that a mistake or did they just change it later to how we know it now

in season one we only saw eren and annie get out of their titans directly and they had scars. we never saw berthold nor Reiner directly after they left their titan and they healt quite fast too

Yeah I remember Eren not having any titan marks when he comes out of his first titan form. I believe it was the same in the manga.
