I'm a spanish student currently working on an end of term project about human aging, possibilities to "heal" it and consequences of a heal being achieved on society, and i just wanted to mention that i found your video incredibly helpful for organizing my ideas and i got introduced to the role of sirtuins, which i did not know before, so thank you for that. I also was wondering if i could consider contacting you in case any doubts that internet can't properly solve arise regarding this project. Great video!

Those raise estrogen which makes them worse in a feedback loop. Serotonin is also just as important over the long term. Estrogen is the hormone of shock and edema so the lower it is, the better. If you want to learn more, study Dr. RAY PEAT.
