Mahitha, what you did not speak were the points about how you’re respected in your country as a woman…! 1. Country is referred as motherland in sanatan culture/Hindu culture. 2. Lakshmi-Saraswati-Durga ( Goddess ) symbolise/represents three main characteristics for existence: Dhan-Vidya-Strength (power) 3. Parents are given highest priority in social customs ( not practiced by many these days) 4. Ours is one of the first constitution to give EQUAL rights to women to vote and to participate equally in political elections (suffrage) ;
