@@kanthrajkalal3604 Krishnamurti often tells his audience not to take notes at his discussions. I guess it is ok to take notes from watching KZbin videos where you can rewatch the talk and not take notes.

It's masterful. Although there is an important nuance in the case of sex and sexual energy. Between approximately 15 and 42 years of age, physical and mental congestion occurs due to the sexual impulse, which does not have its origin in the mind or in the memory of sex. Dealing with this is not easy for the young person, even knowing and having observed in depth everything that happens inside, and the connection between all the affected internal "territories". And beyond that age, sometimes the drive of desire can also come from the body. Well, as Ramana Maharshi said, the body itself also tends to manifest desire. However, the inner self-observation of everything indicated by K, and the maintenance of self-awareness, relaxes and immerses the mind in its source, avoiding unnecessary suffering and inner perdition.

I believe fear and pleasure comes from the same place, we pursue pleasure and not fear because of the good memories we have with it and we stay away from Fear because of the bad memories we have with it but both comes from the same place and that's the memories my opinion

Just do not depend on pleasure. It is difficult. Pleasure comes with pain. All are outer forces, focus on your virtues.

So I gather that he is saying that what he calls "Love" (totally unconditional) cannot exist in our life of time and thought? Because human life is the life of "self", that is the life of separation from others and of individuality. Human "love" is always conditional, in some cases more, in others less - but there is always some degree (even if we don't acknowledge this) of self-interest in human love. Is it even possible for a human being to experience unconditional love? We may strive for it, as an ideal, but is it even possible to attain this ideal? Maybe when we die, at which moment the "Self" dies (because thought dies). Maybe we experience it fleetingly only then? As for pursuit of pleasure and avoidance of pain, I disagree that it is only "imaginary". It is very real in the moment one is experiencing it, both pain and pleasure. We have evolved (via the processes of nature) to try to avoid pain and experience pleasure, just as animals do. (We are animals with a larger brain). We are capable of working out that if we want to experience the pleasure of a beautiful sunset, we have to be at a certain place at a certain time, and we may well experience it again. Similarly, we learn that if you burn yourself with boiling water due to carelessness, not to be careless like that again, or it may happen again. Nature has designed us wonderfully, and trying to avoid pain and experience pleasure is what nature designed us to do. It is only a problem when people become obsessed with pursuing pleasure. If you constantly overeat for example, you will experience negative health consequences. But as long as we pursue pleasure in moderation, do not harm others and even help others experience pleasure too, when we can, I believe that is as life should be.

Why does our brain register certain experiences of joy or enjoyment and use them as means to escape when we feel down by remembering them and then persue them in future to avoid the discomfort. We are selective with registering experiences. The one (self) that leads to this registration is limited, selective. It projects more from its knowledge than to perceive. It all seems to trace back to the self which seems to be limited in its very core. The way we live is itself selective. Our decisions are conditioned by past.

Definition of everything has memory, thought associated with it. There is no insight in this talk, just borderline confusion and ramblings. We pursue pleasure because of good memories associated with it. Love have been defined and redefined much better than this by other poets like Rabindra Nath Tagore. I have yet to find an insightful talk by JK. I think he is a hype. I am sure most here might disagree.
