Amazing video, I love the way they made Walter white turn from the protagonist to the antagonist by making him do things that break the audiences moral code. As the audience we sympathize and relate to Jesse, Walter doing all the things he did to him made us dislike Walter over time. Such an amazing character. Also bro I see u making breaking bad content and I’m also trying to step up in the bb community so we should stay in contact homie 🤙🏼

I started out sympathetic to Walt but it pretty quickly died. He is who and what he is and if there are external reasons for it we aren't privy to em and they aren't obvious. Tony on the other hand never had the chance to be anything else and he is genuinely conflicted by the life he lives. We see over time as the antisocial personality traits he's developed as a coping mechanism take a stronger and stronger hold as power and his own self-indulgence isolates him and makes him more and more self-centered and cold. But he isn't always as bad, he wants to be good, he seems to genuinely feel bad about many things but because hes so emotionally stunted he struggles be consistent. Walt is not as well-rounded as Tony and that may be why its hard to empathize beyond "I can understand him wanting to make sure his family is taken care of". But with Tony its the missed potential thats hard to let go, what he coulda been had he not been indoctrinated into LCN from birth.

Good job. I never saw Jesse as some kind of victim. That goes against my worldview which posits that each individual is responsible for their own actions. Walter was certainly reprehensible from the very beginning. Nothing about him was all that admirable. Tony on the other hand has lots of interpersonal qualities that endear him to people. He is charismatic. He has a sense of humor. He only ever killed people who had it coming and were in the game. Tony had his psychiatric issues which were fleshed out better than any other character in history. He wasn't any kind of hero. But he wasn't evil either. He was a realistic man.

Just a deeply flawed individual, no better way to put it

Then your worldview is unscientific and completely irrational. Congratulations. You're an ideologue 🤦🏽♂️
