The issue is that black people and white people, contrary to popular belief, are not treated with indifference in modern America. Racism and systemic prejudices still exist and white people have not experienced those. they are not equipped to prepare black children for the world because they don't understand their struggle. and the reason why black people have to put their kids out for adoption so much is because of financial issues the system caused. Just because slavery was abolished, that doesn't make all the issue inflicted upon the black community just disappear but you obviously lack that knowledge.

There is a you tube channel of a man who had a hard life as a orphan in Africa and immigrated to the U.S. He fosters children and has adopted I think 4 of them . I have also seen a channel with a black lady from the U.S. who has adopted a white child . I apologize I can't remember the channel names . Please don't receive my comment as a criticism towards your comment , experience and observation. That being the case, when they adopt a child of a different race they don't know of or understand the reality of that child encountering those unhealthy people, so they don't teach them about the possibility of it happening and how to handle it.
