For me awakening has been a gradual process. I haven’t found anything yet that has not gotten better through spiritual practice. Oddly enough it’s when I become aware of something ending that I am at the most peaceful, when that something ends, when it’s GONE, there’s a moment of “a peace (emptiness) that is beyond understanding” These videos get my days off to a great start. Thanks. Yes, Its a gradual process for everyone. Even the so called “sudden enlightenment” cases is a gradual process (that would be easy to see if we could see the all the lifetimes that a particular being has been in the process of becoming more purified of ego)

I don't know if I could say it is fear but I can feel that energy moves inside me and sometimes when I really in tune, I am high with that and sometimes I feel I couldn't bear it. But the more I conscious the better I keep myself rising with it. I can feel the feeling when your tear came. I've been there couple times and I feel after every that moments I got to higher level of my consciousness. But the last time was with a person who I loved most...I can say that the more I felt hurt and the tears could not stop falling out the more I relieve. That time I feel that I'm enough thru all emotions. I thought it beats me up but instead it filled me up with all peace and gratitude because I have enough strength to sober to go thru it to see clearly what I am feeling the whole time. I've been there 3 years and hit the bottom, and something inside me know that it's time... Thank you for your insight 🙏

I love how you describe the awakening state I miss myself when I was awake I owned all the existence around me and I was so happy all the time full of trust But the hardest thing was that I knew wts gonna happen next all the time my intention was on all the time and that made life so easy But no body knew wts happening with me I couldn't say it is feeling you can't describe it

Is it possible you hadn't fully accepted it with your entire life and would have been willing to die if necessary? The old you or former you or the you that you think you are has to die completely. All concepts have to be burnt off for lack of better words. Once that happens you become what I like to call a "cooked goose". You can't slide back into the ego. It was never there and you live that truth. Really couldn't be more simple, but I have empathy for that. How are you doing now? Do you have some sort of practice you do daily?

So funny.. I also had a crazy childhood experience of total union with creation and god and I was pure golden light & love, its indescribable. Then spent the rest of my life wanting Enlightenment and being bored with normal conversation. I feel like the experience was the lure.. Relationships for me ended for the same reasons- “why is that all you’re into” - and such. You sound a lot like Eckhart Tolle, who I love - And, what else is there to really talk about? Well music is a thing for me too that always gets related to something spiritually oriented. My mistake is I used to think that everyone understood what I meant and what insights I had that I’d share- only to be viewed as either crazy or boring or they feel like they have no idea what I’m talking about 😂😂. Beautiful !! really resonated, as this mind fear is real for the I that is me !!!😆All things that used to make up my lifes activities are a falling away little by little, hanging out with guys, watching soccer with a few beers, weekends away that I have done for decades with guys on the beer, suddenly seem to hold no value and tits only the realisation that they never really has any value, although at that previous stage they did, I had to go through that stage of supposed value to realise the lack of value to higher self, the fear that all friends are also going to fall away is real as I cant talk chit chat, and none sense, its not stimulating, however I am not doing lots of these things now but I dont feel the lack of something valuable has been removed from my life, I feel more at peace somehow an inner knowing that this stage feels more natural, its flows, the less I do the more I am doing, sinking and shrinking into what I started out seeking now stopping to actually create the awareness that I am here, all roads lead to where I am, then in a blink of an eye its gone !!! 😀Its just a knowing !!! Hi Yash! You have said that everything is predestined and god's will but he has given us some wiggle room when it come to free will. I wanted to know what is this wiggle room that we have? Can you give some examples?

like if I want to enter into a relationship that i know isnt true for me-- I will suffer it on some level and then get back to the spiritual pursuit. But even that can be said to be compulsory because of strong karmic tendencies. Its impossible to ascertain what percent is totally volitional and what isnt. And On the highest level there is no ‘Me’ that is actually doing or deciding anything and so the whole thing becomes a mind trip at a certain point and its hard to talk about it with any true logic because it is beyond logic. Best is to let go of everything and we just do what we do...:)

I like the book of secrets by osho. But a spiritual practice recognizing her state of presence- the state that underneath mind and emotions, etc. the pure state of being you are in when you first awaken in the morning before you start thinking. Watch yourself watch tv is a good technique to be aware of presence. But just be open to finding your way to keep your attention on this presence. It will be revealed. It’s just recognizing our natural state.

Hello folks I hope all of you are fine.. am a follower from Germany. I have a question for you and I hope you can help me. I have been on semen retention for 3 years and am currently in a spiritual awakening. And it's hell! really. i'm alone most of the time, my mind goes crazy, crazy dreams, can't even hold normal conversations with people, my sleep isn't good, can't even be with my family anymore, the world feels less and less important to me, i can I don't take anything or anyone seriously anymore, my friends see me as crazy, which I honestly can understand. I just don't want to live anymore. I am serious! I always feel ready to die. I keep thinking that we are only here for a certain amount of time and that nothing matters and that I don't take anything seriously anymore. i think after a long time semen makes retention too powerful or has something else to do with it. is this just a phase? Will I be able to live normally again after a while without having to think about all the things? or will it be like this forever? Is semen preservation and all the accumulated energy maybe a reason for this?

I would read the st. Francis prayer and apply that as best as you can. This will help shift something in you. Then you will connect in the heart (or essence) with people regardless of their present level of consciousness. This is a temporary stage you are in. You know it wont be forever.
