Actually, his haste is 10767 and mastery is 9062. He uses haste mastery cloak, neck bracers, haste+crit boots and haste+hit belt. Gems for haste too. His gear is primarily set up for frost.

Man im playing mop but hear. For pvp i have 25% haste, with frost armor 33%haste, 63% mastery and its great. Arcane blast cast time 1.51 with frost armor comes in handy, and the damage is awesome. But with full mastery gems you will be doing damage, with full buffs u can hit 360-370k barrage in duel with potion, in my spec i did max 315k and 70k missiles, 260k frost bomb. With full haste gems is fun really, but ull do less damage. 63% mastery and 25% haste is good combination
