Note that what Kakashi said to the Raikage regarding the Hyuuga deal, that it refers to Neji's father whose body they sent as evidence in preventing the Stone and Leaf village war. If the Raikage or the Stone Village knew that it was not Hinata's father, the war would have started a long time ago. Everything is a political game, Kakashi wanted to calm the tension of the Raikage by confirming the lie
