Got to say, every word spoke in this clip is so true. From my perspective I thought I’d cracked it doing all Liam asked, then it vanished, you/I have to keep the faith.

Great video. Everyone who tries to improve with lessons should watch this; however, the KZbin rabbit hole is always very tempting 😁😁.

Serious question. Are you able to hit your towel in a comp (practice swing obviously 😂) or does it count as a swing aid if you do?

I square my 3 wood face with a trolley wheel before striking - and in a comp yes. Nobody complains.

Big question here.Is Liam Robinson the son of Oliver Reed?

No disrespect James and I love your channel, but this kind of came off like Liam trying to justify giving you bad advice before going to S. Africa. Bottom line, it probably wasn’t wise to take on a whole new swing feel/move before embarking on a series of tournaments in a different country. Crazy how a coach wouldn’t understand that.
@mattyday909 сағат бұрын
Don’t like that take at all, you can’t blame the coach that you go to when you don’t follow the drills properly. James went to him for a reason.

It's a long term project, not about finding the answer for a few tournaments in SA
@Badfinger48 сағат бұрын
@@jpa_fasty3997 I agree that golf is a long term project, but it’s really not a good idea for a coach to give someone a radically different swing thought right before a bunch of tournaments where the student will be in a different country and unable to meet with the coach. Liam should have told him to play his game and swing his swing in South Africa, and let’s look at changing things up when you come back.

Or.....he worked on swing so much he ignored maintaining his short game.

@@Badfinger4after 1 lesson James could have droped him & went to someone else who could have worked with what he had. It’s obvious Liam teaches a certain swing. It’s like going to a pro who teaches stack & tilt. You either stick with it or go to someone more traditional
