Question or just a comment 🤔. As a fire instructor we try to teach new people to look for things like the doors and windows being all inline to have a suspicion of balloon construction. Now obviously no one builds this way any longer. And we do try to express it is only part of the equation. You need to check other constrution features and age of the home. But i could see how an inexperienced Firefighter could think old remodeled farm house. But i love your content. Thanks.

That was a nice way of saying to a customer, no you can’t have it your way. Do you design your homes inside out or outside in? I’m trying to come up with a rough sketch for my future home and I seem to focus on the inside more than the outside. Started out with symmetry but that’s almost all gone now. I figure I can place fake windows on the outside to make it look appealing.

Steve, I enjoyed your detailed video. It's a super cool look! I love those small window details. And yes, the Marine parachuting detail! Ha-ha. Cheers, Eric

Do you ever get irritated with all the KZbinrs who build a fully designed project and pretend that they did the design and give zero credit to the hard working architects and engineers in the background who actually designed the project. Many times that's the hard part and the "assembly" build cycle is fairly trivial.
