Does that come with a genital release? Or would that deplete all our energy life force, so wouldn't, well for guys anyway. Haven't heard of females losing their energy from release.

I may not be completely right. But all these women are promoting women orgasming more and so on. They feel more energised and want to do things after they orgasm, and they absorb our energy in terms of us ejaculating in females (any orifice). While guys generally lose their energy after orgasm (or a few).

If by genital release you mean ejaculation, then no. In Tantra men and women are taught to retain their sexual energy. The moment it is lost the person becomes flat and so does their orgasmic potential.
