Lets be honest World Wide most people are in awe of New Zealand. I live in the UK and the average Joe on the street cannot help but marvel at New Zealand just their opening HAKKA is so powerful. Meanwhile, unless you a rugby fan in the UK, (most people are actually not), they think South Africa is the UNDERDOG to even England. Sorry mate to Westerners, South Africa is third world country and you all considered to be POOR🤣🤣🤣

1. It is just outright immature to insist on backing the AB's over your own team...30 years after apartheid. 2. The AB's Anti-Apartheid credentials is over-stated anyway. Their Administrators made all sorts of iffy compromises to continue playing against the banned Boks - like agreeing to leave Maori players out of touring sides or agreeing that a limited number could be allowed as "honorary whites". So it was the ordinary New Zealanders who showed some backbone...not the AB's. 3. All kinds of people have spent the last 30-plus years trying to mould us into one nation. As such, this is not about what the AB's stood for during apartheid... this is more about rejecting current attempts to heal us and form us into something better.

I respect everyone's opinions on who they support, and thats exactly what it is, an opinion. What law says you have to support a team just because you are from the same country or place?? We all need to respect each other's opinions, or are you narcissists?? What you say goes?? Sports have evolved into business like environments. If a South African coaching a New Zealand team, does it mean he/has to wear a Springbok outfit whilst coaching a New Zealand team when they play each other?? NO!! I found most supporters to be hypocrites. If you have patriotic pride, good for you. In my opinion, we were better off in apartheid era. Now everything has gone to s#!t!! So let people support who they want. Stop supporting Man United, Liverpool, etc. And support Orlando Pitates, City of Cape Town, Kizer Chiefs, etc you patriots. I digress........

I share the sentiment of people that are saying it's silly but also on the other hand, the right thing to do was to dismantle the spring boks emblem and erase the old image in 1995 that would ve given room for non whites to be proud of the team without feeling like they fought so hard just to be accepted in an otherwise white rugby community which carries a lot of painful memories for our people...the gentleman in the video only scratched the surface when it comes to what people went through especially a lot of coloured talented players that opportunities where taken away from just in the bases of their skin tone ... So yeah we can say they must move on but it's also fair to address the route of the problem. Same reason we rebranded the whole country s image by new flag and national anthem is the same reason I feel the Springboks should have been rebranded Just my opinion, thank you for the amazing video though 🙏🏿
