I actually like this dialogue as it shows a side of nahida that shows she is still kinda of a kid in some regards. I think there is another line that see says she still has much to learn from human emotions. Now the important questions: If teyvat people took a dook-dook then where are the restrooms? If there is no sewer system then where all the dook-dook go? Does Paimon take a dook-dook? Do archons need to take a dook-dook?

Well if you read the story properly afterwards Nahida purposely said that to make Traveler and Paimon more relaxed so they can sleep properly. I do agree tho that the way nahida did/said it is chlidish...xD
