He is almost 48. Not uncommon for men to be on HRT at that age. Also not hard for him to gain lean mass with the right diet and lifting program. The workout regiment isn't as hard as you might think. I have a fused left ankle, and arthritis in both knees, Hip, and back. I can still do squats, and do almost anything I choose to do in the gym. I am 49 almost 50 and walked the Fields Ranch east course in Frisco Texas in 90* heat and didn't sweat as much as he did. However people need to understand the humidity where they were playing. Some people tolerate it more than others. When I lived in Destin Fl, I couldn't stop sweating. Now living in Texas I don't sweat much in the heat. Its important not to overthink it. He's back playing, and its awesome to see. I wish him all the best, and I'm interested to see how well he does, because I can relate to the type of pain he's playing through.

Yea more then likely on trt. Not necessarily to get jacked. But it’s for repair and regeneration of his leg from the car accident. Prolly did stem cells as well and for sure did PRP. Possibly some peptides also. And then weight lifting of course he’s always been into weight lifting. Hyperbolic chamber as well and also ice baths. Im sure there’s one or two other things he’s doing that only a legend with a lot of recourses would know about .
@AdamIsMyNameO
@AdamIsMyNameO 6 ай бұрын
@@ethancowart6765 Yeah for sure, I doubt he's blasting anything anabolic, but with all the surgeries he's had, the repair cost has to be massive, and when he has all the money to spend, he'd be kinda dumb NOT to do it. What the heck does Tiger Woods eat everyday to get big like that? Steaks? Potatoes? Pasta? Fish? Salmon? Clearly he's not a junk food person. He doesn't even look like a McDonald's or burgers & fries eater. Likely he probably eats lots of vegetables and drinks lots of water. Then again, he's a billionaire, and can obviously afford the best trainers and nutritionists to help him stay in shape.

I'm a big fan of Tiger and what he's done for golf. Simply amazing. I'm glad I was able to enjoy it for all those years. But now it's time for him to figure out how to step back and let it go. Nobody wants to say or see that he's no longer competitive at that level. He was hitting well over 300 off the tee and being outdriven by sometimes 40 or more yards! Hard to compete with that no matter how good your iron game is.

He also out drove viktpr hovland on few holes by a good yardage... depends on where your ball lands and kicks foward. If he's hitting with the speed he had at the hero all season it's plenty of distance to compete still. He had 179 ball speed on some of his drives...

Tiger been on gas for last 10-15 years. No way he naturally put on that kind of muscle. Sure he is a freak of an athlete but been around long enough to see or know what it looks like. Same can be said for Brooks Koepka. Both also suffered from injuries mainly because they had to much muscle for the joints to bear. Tiger knows he can’t use his legs/ ankle and ground so he got even more jacked and is just flat out muscling the ball out there!

If Tiger is on "gas" then why is it that at no point in his career did he ever start hitting the ball farther? He already was one of the top 2-3 longest hitters on tour and was by far the best player in the world so why would he do steroids? Have you ever lifted weights or even been in a gym? You have absolutely no proof whatsoever that he ever did them and in fact there is no chance he did. It's a completely idiotic and baseless claim that nobody can back up with any proof.
@joeldriver-sp2rg
@joeldriver-sp2rg 6 ай бұрын
I got into an argument with a dipshit who claimed that Tiger has done steroids and I kept asking him "If he did then why did he never at any point in his career start hitting the ball significantly farther?" and of course he had no response. If Tiger had ever done steroids he clearly would have seen big distance increases and of course that has never happened. There is not one shred of evidence whatsoever that he has used them at any time or now. He lifts weights and eats a lot. It's really not that complicated.

He is sweating so much because his body is so toxic and so acidic. Testosterone, hormones, and even protein are acidic. When the kidneys can't eliminate fast enough, the thyroid gland stimulate sweating to purge the toxicity through sweating. He won't last long this season. Due to acidosis and dehydration, he will likely strain some muscles or tear some soft tissue, like ligaments or tendons.

That, along with personal experience as a man in his late 40's myself... TRT is obviously the answer to your question. The better question is what difference does it make? If asking me... none. Tiger and I have very similar body types and genetics. I was a RAIL thin growing up, but wirey strong kid who grew up playing football, baseball, and some track. Worked out my whole life but couldn't gain serious mass until mid 20s when I hit like 195 lbs. Shortly after this period I really gained mass for my body type (I was 6'1 160ish at 18) could start lifting very heavy weights, repping 3 plates of 45s on each side like 6 reps on a flat bench, 315 lbs which was unthinkable to me before.. All while consuming about 2500-3000 calories per day, half in shake form, and drinking around a gallon of water per day... on that alone I grew to around 220 lbs of pretty lean muscle... Years later (in my 40s now) was in a really bad vehicular accident with months in the hospital. Left weighing just under 170lbs, about 2 years before covid. After 2 years of outpatient therapy I was cleared to resume gym workouts again, still very thin. I returned to my therapist for check up every 2 months and he couldn't believe how much mass id gained in a matter of months, I was back around 210 lbs from nothing but weights, water, and minding my business even though I was then and still am very injured. Oh and I too sweat A LOT, always have, I still sweat buckets of water when I walk the course if the temps are 75 and up. The point is not everyone's body is the same. Tiger is a gym rat who has access to the best to nutrition and trainers on the planet. While you're online speculating what he takes, hes likely in the gym working. @@ethancowart6765 exactly. There can be a lot of factors in place for that to happen. To just remove that as an option would be a bit naive, especially given his history of surgeries etc.

He's on human growth hormone. Proper premium stuff, 50k a year. That's what he is doing. How do I know? Simple... 1. His face and hands have grown, that is the number 1 give away. 2. He's rich and therefore can afford proper, pharmaceutical grade growth hormone. 3. All rich men do it. 4. It's not steroids so he won't show in drug tests as taking roids. 5. Growth helps massively with recovering from things like training and injuries. 6. He's not a bodybuilder, the risks of steroids aren't worth it, the reward of growth hormone absolutely IS.

Remember for all he’s done, form is temporary, class is permanent! The guy hasn’t played tournament golf for 8 months whatever it is ! Even par , after four rounds , after surgeries and fusions quite unbelievable! If his body holds up, and mentioning playing once a month in future, he’ll be fresher even at 48…………. He’s thinking of the big ones The Masters, The US Open etc………. Something tells me he ain’t finished yet !
