US Air Force. Intramural golf. My opponent had a 16 handicap, mine was ten. I had to give him three a side. I shot 81, he shot 76, WITHOUT the strokes. Sure. 16 handicap, shoots a 76 from the tips. All hell broke loose, after I went to his unit, and complained about his cheating. He was banned from intramural play..as everyone he worked with knew he was routinely in the mid 70's.

Why would anyone get mad about this? We just won a mixed team scramble with a 53, we bought so many mulligans and "miracle putts" we couldn't lose, get over it people, it was for charity. The mens winner was in the 40's LOL Let me add though, no big prizes, only little trophy's, raffle prizes were big but we didnt win any of those

Not to be mean, but I never got into Micah very much. Luke started a bit off center, but he got quickly into it, so I had no problem with him. For the channel, hated to see them go. In reality, tho, it's not any big surprise to me. Many wish to just go do their own thing, and, while we may not like it if loyal to Good Good, it's just a personal choice. It does have a small touch of disloyalty, but not way out there. There is nothing to say that all the members of the "core group" will stay. They say they will, but sometimes reality gets into it and changes things. I like the addition of Moe and Blake; both good guys and trying hard. Not real sure about JnA yet. They seem a bit too young, and maybe a bit immature, to match the core group. We'll see. Garrett is a good leader, but I can see, numerous times, his own ego getting too large. Grandpa, I think, was also a good edition He is solid as a golfer (one of the best), and funny. Easy to get along with, as far as I can tell.

Hard to swallow handicaps of 6, 7, 9, and scratch no way shoots that. Even with mulligans and throws. 4 scratch golfers would be a tough go.

My question would be; If the guys are all paid very close to the same, with the distribution being close, WHY is Garrett the one that seems to make most of the decisions? Legit question and nothing against Garrett. Since they are mostly all even, it seems that many of the decisions should/could be made by different members of the group. But, it seems anyway, that they all seem to follow Garrett. Is it maybe bc he was the "original" (besides Micah)? Not all of Garrett's decisions are good ones! Let down, or potential hit, I am in all the way on wanting this. I liked all the scenarios described. I think someone needs to play a descendent of Chubs, Maybe TW? also Paige could play a Julie Bowen like character even if it is only a scene or two. Perhaps she could really pull of playing an LPGA star and Happy could be supporting that tour in some way? Bryson will be a hit no matter what they decide to do with him, coach, player, villain, good guy, he'll be great. If they cannot get the right acting in scenes, I love the idea of "Easter Eggs" of golf youtubers playing bit parts, not as themselves. I imagine you could get MANY players together in a clubhouse at a major just to film a few clubhouse scenes. Maybe Happy does a walk through or sits at a corner table with all the pros in the background. Can't wait for this to be made.

We shot 18 under with a 35 year old, 72 year old, a 14 year old girl and a 12 year old boy. The 72 year old was a scratch golfer. He said I shoot my age lol.

I golf at a club that has scratch golfers that if you just looked at them youd never imagine that they could hit a ball let alone shoot scratch.... Good golfers can come in many shapes and sizes

Its to be expected. Scrambles always end up like that some team blows everyone out of the water legit or not, but they did it right, a lame prize and recognition for 1st place and all the good prizes are draw prizes...

These guys played with at least one stranger (scratch golfer) and just didn't miss a shot, a throw, or mulligans. Denial is a real thing and this guy is the best at it, you are getting what you deserve on this one. No defense at all, nice try though, all for really nothing. Can't cut the irony with a chainsaw. I was on a scramble team about 15 years ago on a par 71 course and it had no packages so was straight up best shot between the 4 of us on each shot …. We shot a 49 -- so a 46 with all those mulligans and throws is attainable on the right day with the right mix of 4 players I’ve played golf for 40 years since I was young I’ve seen more high 40 scores in scrambles with packages to buy at my club over 30 years by men I know would never cheat … so I don’t see the controversy here

I’m sure you weren’t supposed to use the throws consecutively but that’s the problem with these stupid gimmicks. I know these gimmicks are good money makers but when they are involved you might as well accept people will cheat and it’s just for fun.

I've not personally seen a sub-50 scramble team, but I've been on both sides of this and its why i don't return to outings with gimmick rules with any expectations. Mulli, throws, string... none of it. I just go to laugh with my buddies, dont buy the gimmicks and play normal just to see how we do. Set a team goal, maybe do our own money game.

The only scrambles I want to play in is where each team has another team play the holes at the same time! Actually doesn’t seem as long when you are playing because you only have to wait for 4 shots to be played before the other team can hit. Both teams have to cheat together so for any funny scores.

U can never stack throws. And MOST tourneys wont lwt u use a throw on the green. Ive been screwed out of atleast 10 scrambles bc people cheat like that.

They didn't shoot 46, it's as simple as that. I don't care if they had 400 mulligans and 50 throws. QUIT being D bags at scrambles,.no one is impressed.

I was on a winning scramble team with a scratch, 2 hdp, and a 3 hdp. 4th guy didnt carry a card and was probably a 20+ hdp. We shot -21 (50) and won by 4 shots. Our 20 hdp guy holed out twice from the fairway. We only holed 3 of 6 eagle putts. When we finished, we thought pur score was only good for 2nd or 3rd. Everyone was razzing us like we cheated. Its only a game. I was proud to win and shoot that score.
