The fact that you have an entire philosophy behind how you do your methods, and you develop your own equipment, and you have a KZbin channel discussing all of it volumes and is enough to make me a lifelong customer. customer

Only alignment guy I've encountered on the net making perfect sense. Awesome video

The fact this video has less than 1000 views is absolutely sickening. I’m having issues with my Colorado pickup and stumbled upon this channel. Your research findings and methods need to be industry standard, and required study material for EVERY tire shop. It’s become all too clear to me that ASE certification means very little. Our country has lost the passion and pride on the shoulder of daily lifes road. You are truly a rare gem of inspirators in this world my good sir.thankyou!!

I have used your M.D. Alignment machine for two years ! For the money it's a very good product, but you must tell everyone that before no matter what machine you use before you align anything requires lifting up the truck and inspecting everything ! Like your Bearings, king-pins, Tie-Rod ends, drang-link , springs hanger bushings, u bolts, Torx-Rods Lateral axle adjustment ! Etc.....without doing this your alignment is nothing! Most mistakes I see mobile guys do, is they don't do the shake-down, then when they align the rear axles they don't recheck their work also I use A hunter Alignment machine and it reminds you, that if your adjustments are out after you had adjusted the scrub axle ! I always recheck by making sure the air-bags didn't lose are because if they did? You will get a wrong reading and if they check okay? Then I proceed to adjust the thrust angle again! Does your machine check for a rear axle that is bent? And runout? Or bent wheel?

Inspection is a very important part of any alignment. We have 3 books and more videos on what to look for aside from alignment angles. If you suspect a trailer or drive axle is bent, there are options for verifying that. Simplest would be to take a toe/camber measurement, which can be done on any axle using our equipment. Bent rims/ runout can be identified a couple ways, one of which is by rolling the vehicle forward another half rotation of the rim and remeasuring. You can split the difference for accurate thrust/toe, but too much bent rim/ mismount will cause tire wear.
