I am a huge Deadhead and Southpark fan. I wanted to see all the References to The Dead they make. Either one of them is into the Dead or their writers/friends are. Cause this is an exact joke some guy at a restaurant I worked at 20 years ago used to say me. He would walk up calmly grab my shoulder, and be like dude calm down Jerry is dead. Sounds Cruel but in the right context it is pretty funny. My favorite though. We worked as Cooks together. And one day I was ultra slammed. I was 18 btw and he was probably 34ish. But I absolutely destroyed the rush and he came over to help plate and was like God Damn Jerry's riding Shotgun today. The funny thing though is he is actually right. I am god tier Chef now. And when I am in the ZONE. I often have Songs stuck in my head. And sometimes it is a Grateful Dead jam. And this low-level white noise in my brain focuses me. Recently it was We Are The Champions. As I had this Inside Joke kick with a cook of mine when we were really busy I would quote various movies that referred to Gods/Champions/Kings. Like Loki saying to Thanos you will never be a God. When you are stupidly slammed in a Kitchen never say to yourself you are overwhelmed. Say you are a God. In your Mind call yourself a God over and over. Like sometimes when stupid busy Ill break out into We Are Champions.

There isn't a name. It's just background music made for the show. South Park creates its own music a lot. They just used an organ and some grateful dead/jam band sounding guitar.
