Honestly the shows script was terrible. Lots of people stopped watching after Hina left the show after which tro declined and the show became a typical monotonous serial.

First of all no need to include Muslim religion in everything. They are from tv serial they follow religion according to their preference.. In India mostly Muslims are having one wife and those having more than one wife are using Muslim religion for their marriage. Loyal and disloyal are everywhere in society.
