വീട്ടിലെ 2 earth pipe 2.5mtr , 3 mtr length ഉള്ളത് pavement stone ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഉള്ളിൽ അകപ്പെട്ടു. Full side grout ചെയ്ത pavement ആണ് ആ ഭാഗത്ത് ഉള്ളത് കൂടാതെ മഴ വെള്ളം പതിക്കാത്ത വിധം truss work ചെയ്തിട്ടും ഉണ്ട്. ഇത് earthing capacity കുറക്കും എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് ശരിയാണോ? അങ്ങനെ എങ്കിൽ pavement stone fill ചെയ്ത groutil വെള്ളം ഇറങ്ങാൻ hole കൊടുത്താൽ ശരിയാകുമോ?
