It's kind of isolated right now. Also, this may not be completed for at least 5/6 years.

It’s less than a mile from Winding Creek which is a developed area in Roseville. 10 min drive to the brand new Raleys One Market. There is definitely alot of empty space around it.

@livinginnortherncalifornia that's my concern. It is just empty space, also the homes are claimed sold but only one family seems to have moved in.
