I'm so sorry that you have had negative things said to you by the two people who are meant to protect you. You obviously have emotional intelligence and a lot of empathy based on how you must of felt. I wonder if you are an adult now if you have considered being a foster parent. Before I became terminally ill I was a primary school teacher and a solo foster Mum and I think that with your insight you could make a massive difference in children's lives. I had an amazing upbringing with two very loving parents and I wanted to give that gift to children who needed to be loved unconditionally. It's just something to think about in your future. I wish you all the love and happiness life can give you. Xx

Who does this 'mom' think she is, tellling a 8 year old CHILD 'That's why nobody wants you around'. You don't tell a child that he or she is unwanted. You just don't. You may say it 1 time, but that child will say and repeat that to himself a thousand times until he is convinced that nobody likes him. 'Why are you getting tired of me?' Seriously, no child should ask their parent that. It's like he thinks his own mom doesn't love him. That's heartbreaking.

This is the first clip I've seen from this episode so I'm not sure about the backstory or the extent of this child's behavioral or mental health issues but I am sure that the way the "mother" is treating this little guy is extremely abusive. It's absolutely heartbreaking to watch the interaction between them from the home video. This kid is literally crying out for her to help him. He's begging his mother to please love him and she's acting like a monster. As a mom to 3 kids around his age (9, 7 and 6) I just want to scoop him up, hug him and tell him that he's a good kid and that he's loved unconditionally. He needs to hear that so much.

Eeeeeexactly. Even when my son is in trouble and being chastised I stop *immediately* to give him sweet hugs and tell him I love him and let it all out while I hold him. He's very sensitive so I'm always watching his eyes to see if he's holding back tears and as soon as I see them I snatch him up and tell him to let it out; no matter *WHAT* he did. This baby doesn't deserve this.

If my son had said these things to me when he was 8 years old, I would have held him while we BOTH cried, and I would have done my best to tell him how much I love and want him, that I could never hurt him let alone hate or kill him. I'm horrified by this. Wth is wrong with this woman??? She needs some serious help. I will never, ever be able to understand how ANY ADULT could ever hurt a child, theirs or anyone else's. This makes me sick, and it really breaks my heart. I hope and pray that little boy from the first clip is in a much better and healthier environment surrounded by ppl who love, nurture, and comfort him, and who support him emotionally and take and participate in therapy with him, for him.
