I have a question. How do food affect us spiritually? We are not the body, but i agree we have to take care of our bodies. You here a lot on youtube how the food nowadays are causing a lot of diseases. This causes a lot of fear for food and we are not suppose to live in fear. I wonder what would our masters advice us about what the world mostly believe: food we eat nowadays is harming our bodies. Explains much. I can perceive it but instead of dwelling on what pain i wish to flip the script and imagine what i qualify as good in place of it. But am i doing this to avoid full perception of their suffering sometimes? Is it missing the benefit?
