Hey buddy, I stumbled on a thing that helped a whole hell of a lot. I very much hesitate to put this information about myself out there but if it ends up really helping someone out... My starting point was, at a minimum, a bit itchy and sore *every day*, with a one bursting and bleeding all over the place about once a month for years on end (at least we could make jokes about that though). One day, I stumbled on a supposed "miracle cure" and figured "what the hell, I've got nothing to lose". It worked out for me and these days, I'm down to a just little itchiness a couple of times a month. So what was it? Eat/drink Blackstrap molasses. I have about 4-6 teaspoons per day. It took about 3 weeks to notice a significant reduction and about a month and a half to clear up nearly completely. Some people report much more rapid results but I suspect that's just placebo or illusory correlation bias. I would say give it two months and assess it's effectiveness from there. Now for the caveats I'm going to throw out there - First, I will say that bodies are complicated and there are multiple different root causes of hemorrhoids and I doubt that this is effective for all causes. To the best of my knowledge, there have been no scientific studies on this. I don't really know how or why it works, just that it did. My *guess* is that it's really just a partially indigestible oily substance and works as a bit of a lubricant and/or softener to help keep things moving well. I can't stress enough though that this is only a wild guess though. Second, there are multiple forms of molasses. There is cane sugar, sorghum syrup, and sugar beet molasses. Cane sugar molasses is further divided into how many times it has been boiled down. Other forms of molasses may work but, the only one that is said to work and the only one that I have experience with is blackstrap molasses which is cane sugar syrup that has been boiled down three times. Personally, I wouldn't try sorghum or beet molasses or any of the lighter grades. Third, while I love the taste of molasses, a lot of people dislike it. Even so, I would rather have a couple of spoonfuls of something I hated than deal with the pain I was having. Anyways, give it a try. I hope this helps you out.

@sunnyquinn38882 жыл бұрын
I feel like that is a common attitude for people who tend towards radical pragmatism. I'm of this ilk, and my thinking is that after someone dies they can't be bothered by anything that happens to their dead body. So if there are ways that human remains can be used to solve some problem of the living, why not? I've always thought this way, when I was a kid my mom had to tell me that my pet fish died and she was anticipating I would be sad and want to give the fish a funeral. But I just said "Why don't we feed it to the cat?" Circle of life, food chain, all that. I'm not even sure that necrophilia is so bad, it doesn't really hurt anyone since the deceased is well past being able to feel anything.
