Unfortunately because I live in a different hemisphere, I only managed to watch the video now but wow, congratulations APOY, this is genuinely one of the best object show videos I've ever seen. The whole analysis is really well structured and explained and I like how you told both eggy's general character and why you personally like her. There are some things I disagree with like: -Foldy and eggy didn't really come off as friends to me, especially since foldy, who didn't help the team at all, blamed her for leaving the team for a while. -I really loved leafy and eggy's friendship. It was nice to see them have such a close friendship considering how they don't have that many friends, and the end of their friendship made me really sad. -I don't really care about eggy and teardrop's interactions. They really didn't appear together a lot and if they don't do something with it in the future, teardrop is gonna feel like a waste of a character. Despite that, I still agree with a lot of what you said and this being your 500th video is awesome! Once again, congrats APOY, and great job! Now we just gotta hope eggy doesn't get eliminated soon lol

Tstoe is an amazing concept. Taking 7 of the more hated contestants and helping them develop eachother. Tpot one focused more on what were currently the 4 most hated, being sb, bb, eggy and foldy. As robot flower, bell and grassy were clearly not going to be the first boots.

APOY, this was a phonomonal video in every consevable way Not only did you convince me to relize how I’m depth eggy is as a carecter, you realize how all these carecters have things beneath the surface, and there’s a reason why every one of these guys or gals is someone’s favorite However After watching your video the one reason that really resonated with me was the “Un-shy introvert” Simone who isn’t socially awkward, but prefers to be alone. Im the complete opposite of that. (At least with people I don’t know) So it’s good to have representation of someone who brakes the norm of “introvert” because it’s cool The part in the end; where you realized why your happy being eggys fan is really great. You have done more for her then anyone else has done for any contestant. I would argue that if it weren’t for you, she would be out right now. You’ve changed the way I will look at eggy (although her design is….not the best) I now see her as a well rounded contestant So thank you APOY and keep doing what your doing

reasons why I dislike eggy: - she’s unhelpful being quick to turn on people the second she gets any negative reaction. - she’s incompetent making all this up about ‘leadership responsibilities’ is basically just saying “I can’t think for myself how dare you show that” - she’s bland, again with the realism. It doesn’t mean she has to be meh. She’s doesn’t really seem to have any interests, hobbies or skills. She’s just blank. - Mid tbh. No outstanding qualities whatsoever she’s just an egg. That’s it. 4 months of work. Just to get eliminated. But I can feel the same thing but with fanny. Fanny was more of a boring character with a hate line every single time she's on screen. As a huge Eggy fan, I gotta say that this is incredibly done. Congrats to all the animators, and you for making this project, I know I probably wouldn’t be able to! I agree with the majority of the things you said, and didn’t realise some of these points, such as the more realistic aspects, which makes me a LOT of happier with BFB 6 as a whole, as that’s the scene that made Eggy one of my least favs on a first watch. (Thankfully it changed after a second rewatch 😅) I just wanna give my view on BFB 13, cus I slightly disagree there. While it doesn’t fit perfectly with her character beforehand, I think it works as being a belief she held due to Loser being strong and independent, and then Pin doing the same in BFB 8, showing she has respect for those characteristics. So, when Cake said to follow the rest, Eggy stopped him as she remembered what Loser did: not follow the other teams. Say what you want about him, but Loser never attempted to copy other teams’ ideas. Since Eggy looked up to Loser, it makes sense that she’d want the team to follow this idea. In TPOT though, this belief is questioned and brought into doubt. In TPOT 1, the team first tried a unique strategy, which then couldn’t be used after Bell couldn’t get back down. So, probably panicking inside, she defaulted back to when she was in the Losers, and tried following someone’s plan, this being Winner’s. This failed, and proved to be a small wake-up call for her belief in this. In TPOT 2 though, this belief is struck hard when she’s given control, and doesn’t know how to handle it, making her realise that being independent is much harder than it sounds, and she struggles with leading, which makes her team lose in the process. After this, she learns that sometimes stepping down is necessary, and you can’t always be independent, as she steps back in terms of leadership in the next episode, letting Snowball and Basketball come up with the plans instead of her. I’m probably reading too deep into this, but that’s an idea I have about her! Regardless of what you think about this, amazing video!

Now that you say that.. I am starting to like eggy a bit more! The lore I didn’t know before, it’s overpowering! This hour long video is a lot of eggy lore, and I am very appreciative that you dedicated a lot of days on this! You have done a lot of research, on this one, single character! She has a lot of character development, lore, and just screen time! You really like this character, and this video proves that one character, one singular character, can have a lot of lore! She should have way more screen time in later episodes, and maybe she can learn about the announcer, speaker box later in the power of two! She can have a lot more character lore and screen time in later tpot episodes, and learn about the new host, and maybe talk to him to learn more about his personality! And maybe that’s why she joined tpot, to find out more about him! And it’s sad that people don’t like her as much as other characters, like basketball, winner, and price tag! In conclusion, I wrote like a 15 page essay about eggy, your research, and how much she has developed as a character, while also showing how much we appreciate your effort put into your video, and, just explaining stuff about her! im super late to this video but, i never really understood WHY people disliked eggy. Like i've never necessarily liked her but like, she was able to have a few good interactions whenever she was on screen, and since she was up for voting in TPOT 5 (the most recent episode as im writing this) i decided to give this a watch and wow you did a really good job explaining her character!! Tho, there were some things i didnt agree with -imo eggy and foldy were NOT friends, especially with that line in TPOT 2 where foldy says "i guess she DIDN'T want something to do after all!" it seems like she was just trying to get eggy deeper into more drama for no real reason -Grassy fits into The Strongest Team On Earth!!! He has stated that he just wants respect and has shown that he will do anything to help his team!! that and with snowballs murderous solutions equals a lot of good moments between the two! Though yes, i do want him to interact with his team more than just snowball. (Yeah Grassy is a bit overrated but he's like how you feel about Eggy to me. He is vastly over looked as just another 'cute' character and it's tempting me to make a video like this but with grassy XD) -i feel like team switching coming back in tpot wouldnt be such a good idea, like i see where you are coming from, yknow so much more character development could happen for a lot of characters if this happened, since theres freedom to do whatever, but this could easily become super unfair/ confusing to follow. Tho if there was some added rules to it, i would be fine with it!! overall tho the pacing of this video was so, so good and the points made were entirely fair! but now im scared as im starting to like her cuz shes might get eliminated in the next episode LOL

Interesting point about td onoy having one fair elimination. I think the same could be applied to pencil, which is why i think she should be the exitor that joins. In bfdi she was only eliminated because she won too many challenges, and the announcer continuously pointed out her zero vote streak. And in bfb she was written wildly out of character during episode 1. Which got her eliminated.

I totally agree, Eggy might be one of the most Underrated BFB and TPOT characters, and even tho she is my 6th least favourite contestant on TSTOE, she is on my A tier, and if your wonder wich character I hate most from TSTOE is, well, I think it's obvious (Grassy), but anyways, I think other underrated characters like Ruby, Basketball, Foldy,Needle, Bell, Bottle, Robot Flower and Book are all great, I knew she was gonna get out on TPOT 6, but you know what they say: Stop crying because it ended, smile because it was there.

I always try my best to look at each character in-depth, and Eggy was honestly one of the few that I was pretty neutral about. Mooostly because I didn't understand her character that well and I knew that! So I'm really glad I saw this, even if I'm a little late I still enjoyed all of it and now it's safe to say that I appreciate Eggy a whole lot more!!!!!!!

Nice video! It was well put together, and brought up some valid points. I still don’t like Eggy. I wouldn’t say that she’s a bland character, in fact she comes up a lot in TPOT, but when she DOES come up, in my opinion, she’s just one of the worst characters in the show. I mean, in TPOT 1, she does basically nothing, in TPOT 2, she… has an argument with Basketball? I mean at least it’s something but it’s nothing good. In TPOT 3… I actually don’t remember her doing ANYTHING in TPOT 3. In TPOT 4, she… uh… either I have an awful memory or Eggy does nothing in this episode. I mean she shows concern for Grassy being on fire? I think? And finally in TPOT 5 she has a friendly rivalry with Basketball. All and all, from what I remember, Eggy doesn’t do anything to boost her reputation throughout any episode of the series, and if I can’t remember something good she did, then that’s it - it was forgettable. At least to me. Again, great video, but I just don’t agree with it. I probably just started a war. (Don’t hate on me please this is my honest opinion A Person On KZbin did an amazing job on this video)
